Ok. so the latest thing in our house is a Rice Cooker. I feel as if I know a secret that everyone should know!!! It's just crazy. I have no idea how long rice cookers have been around but I love them. We have the one that is black and you can steam veggies on the top rack. So fast, easy, and yummy! The rice we've been using is organic long brown rice from whole foods. So great with chicken and any veggie really....
Just try it. Get it. Use it. Often.
